I’m extremely busy at work recently and I’m not sure when it is going to change. I do not always work after hours (though from time to time that happens as well) but I get so tired that I have absolutely no strength left not only to write anything but often to read as well.
I know that not posting on my blog is fine: with the number of blogs on everybody’s reading list not posting might be considered a public service. But since the number of unopened blog subscription e-mails reached 600 I’m writing this card to say to all of my blogo-friends: I’m sorry for abandoning you. I’ll try to stay afloat or at least rise to the surface from time to time.
Miss you all.

Hope things ease up at work for you soon.
Don’t worry about letting the blogs slip for a while. I don’t know how you keep up with half as many as you do

Even in posting this (unnecessary) apology you have added something delightful to my life — thanks for the introduction to Thad Markham.
Look forward to your return to posting or commenting when work eases up.

Stay healthy and don’t stress about the blog. We’ll be here when you are ready to get back to it. If work is stressful, or just heavy, try to get a massage now and then. I find it wonderfully de-stressing.

I understand completely. These days I wonder what’s wrong with me as after work I lack the usual energy I have, I just want to curl under a blanket and sleep.

Work – that’s what is wrong with us. But unfortunately we need it. So, here – for great blankets! :)

Totally understand, and we can happily hang on till you are freer, though as others have said, you will be missed. Have actually been in a similar phase myself lately, and was just thinking of having an early evening lie down when I decided to click on your blog instead! ;-0
PS Groovy orange photo or what?

It’s important to acknowledge when the stress is too much and take it seriously. If you don’t have the energy, you don’t, forcing yourself into doing things will not bring it back. Take your time and if you’ll ever feel like a relaxing holiday in Sweden, you’re always welcome

Thank you, Marguerite. Sweden is on my list of places to visit but not this year. Until the end of the year we’ll probably stay local with some trips to wine country and such. But when we do come to Sweden,we’ll definitely meet!
